‘Running has become a lifeline for so many of us – as our daily exercise and a way of getting some fresh air.

‘For many people, building up to a 5K or just beginning to jog short distances has shown the joy of running and this app is the perfect coaching tool to keep you going.’

Jenni spent the beginning of lockdown hosting her radio show from home accompanied by her pet dog, Alfie.

The TV presenter has been making the most of the ongoing coronavirus restrictions by spending time with her actor husband James Midgley, and daughter Ella Rose, nine.

The presenter is no stranger to keeping active and often shares images and videos of herself working out and staying fit on social media.

Jenni joked that ‘staying in is the new going out’ as she focuses her attention towards staying active by dancing, working on her abs, or practising yoga in the back garden.
