Big Brother evictee Sarah McDougal enjoys a low-key date night with her boyfriend Nathan Hargrave ahead of the live finale

She’s preparing to reunite with her former rivals at the Big Brother live finale on Wednesday night.

And Sarah McDougal, who was eliminated from the competition on Monday’s episode, looked cheerful as she enjoyed a date night with her boyfriend, Nathan Hargrave, in Sydney on Saturday.

The pint-sized reality star, 19, appeared to be in good spirits as she and her man picked up some groceries at a supermarket.

Still smiling! Evicted housemate Sarah McDougal looked relaxed ahead of the Big Brother live finale as she enjoyed a low-key date night with her boyfriend, Nathan Hargrave, on Saturday

Looking relaxed, the couple chatted away as they carried their shopping down the street.

Sarah looked trendy in a denim jacket and black mini-dress, which she matched with a pair of black boots and striped socks.

She completed her winter ensemble with a checked brown-and-white scarf.

Sarah showed off her natural complexion, opting for minimal makeup, and wore her caramel-coloured hair in a ponytail.

Meanwhile, Nathan wrapped up warm in a Kathmandu thermal jacket and a red-and-white hoodie.

He completed the look with black skinny jeans, white sneakers and striped socks.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Monday, Sarah said she expects the reunion to be ‘a bit hectic’ as the ex-housemates compete for their final moment in the spotlight.

‘I think some of the people who left earlier on in the series are going to try and blow it up to get their 10 seconds of fame,’ she said.

The army cadet added that while the live episode should be a celebration of the final three, she predicts the rejects will try to take centre stage.

‘I’m trying to roll with the punches. If someone has something to say, I’ll definitely say something back. I’m just keen to celebrate the final three,’ Sarah said.

Big Brother Australia concludes Tuesday at 7:30pm on Channel Seven
