Nene Leakes has revealed she spoke to Tamar Braxton this Friday after the latter was hospitalized on Thursday.
Tamar’s boyfriend David Adefeso reportedly discovered her unresponsive in their Los Angeles hotel room Thursday night and there are rumors she attempted suicide.
The following day Nene, 52, posted an Instagram message about Tamar telling fans: ‘When you are a strong person, you manage stress differently!’

She added: ‘People tend to judge the outside Strength on the inside abilities to cope! A lot of strong people cry in the dark and hurt alone.’
Nene continued: ‘I talk to Tamar often! Spoke to her yesterday and tried to pull her thru this moment. Spoke to her and David today!’
She noted: ‘I say that to say this…check on your strong friends! Try not to judge so much! know that there are people being treated wrong for real and It’s really painful. I know Tamar is gonna get thru this but please pray for her strength.’
Hours before her hospitalization Tamar allegedly told various family members, in a message obtained by The Blast, that the ‘only way out’ of her situation was ‘death.’

‘Pray for her strength’: The following day Nene, 52, posted an Instagram message about Tamar telling fans: ‘When you are a strong person, you manage stress differently!’
‘I am a slave. I do not own my life. My stories. My pictures. My thoughts or beliefs. I’ve asked my massa to free me. I’m threatened and punished for it.
‘The only way I see out is death. I will choose that before I continue to [live] like this. please help me,’ concluded Tamar, followed by a prayer emoji.
The message – sent to a list of unnamed family members – was a screenshot Tamar had allegedly taken of a drafted tweet that she never published to her Twitter.

But, the sister of Toni Braxton did publicly change her name on Twitter from ‘Tamar Braxton’ to ‘Tamar “Slave” Braxton’ at some point on Thursday.
According to sources, Tamar’s heartbreaking words received a near immediate response from family members, including her devoted boyfriend David, who discovered her ‘unresponsive’ in their hotel room at the Ritz Carlton in Downtown LA on Thursday night.
Tamar is reportedly in ‘stable’ condition and currently being ‘held under 24-hour watch’ at a hospital in the Los Angeles area.

Braxton’s older sister Toni, 52, was seen arriving to the hospital on Thursday night, following Tamar’s possible suicide attempt.
Toni met up with Adefeso who has ‘been by [Tamar’s] side the entire time,’ according to The Blast.
The outlet also reported that David was the one who called 911 saying that Tamar had been drinking and had taken an unknown amount of prescription pills.
‘Ambulances then arrived at the hotel and took her to the hospital. Sources have claimed that David believes that it was possible suicide attempt.’
The LAPD confirmed to The Blast that they had received a call around 9:45pm on Thursday night, reporting that a female had a medical emergency listed as a ‘possible overdose.’

A spokesperson for Tamar said: ‘Tamar has had a very tough and emotional day — more information will be coming in the next few days. Please pray for her.’
Her YouTube show that she stars in with David is called Coupled & Quarantined ad had been scheduled to air on Thursday night.
Instead, a message read: ‘Hello Ya’ll Unfortunately, Your girl Tamar is under the weather today and not feeling well so we need to postpone today’s show (Don’t worry it’s not Covid).
‘We’re sad because we had a great show lined up for you today, but next week’s show is going to be even bigger and better.
‘So sorry for the inconvenience, we know many of you look forward to the show every week. we’ll make it up to you next week.’
Tamar’s The Real co-host also showed her support on Instagram, writing: ‘Sending love to #tamarbraxton. Listen here, s*** was a doozie. I am good now because I am surrounded by good people. Period.
‘Let go of anyone or anything that disrupts or does not assist in the attainment of your peace. AND CHECK ON YOUR STRONG FRIENDS!!!!!!!!’
