But Brittney Weldon showed no signs of heartbreak when she debuted her sleek new blonde locks on Instagram.
The 27-year-old looked almost unrecognisable as she showed off her new lighter hair colour on Friday – more than six months after filming for the dating show ended.

Brittney looked radiant as she flaunted her luscious locks and blonde highlights while sitting in the car.
She also wore glamorous makeup, with a full coverage foundation and defined brows that complemented her new look.
The reality TV star also shared another picture flaunting her new hair while holding her cat Ted.
Brittney is currently looking for love on season three of Bachelor in Paradise.

On Thursday night, she was brought to tears after she attempted to get a date with Jamie Doran, but the fireman quickly friend-zoned her.
Speaking to the camera, she said: ‘I know I’m out there. I know I’m crazy. And I know I have fun. But, like, you know, I am looking for someone. That’s why I’m here for the third time.’
Brittney went on to admit that she struggles to find love in real life, too.

‘It’s not even about Paradise. It’s just about love in general. I’ve never been past the first date in so long, like, I don’t know what it feels like for someone to like me.’
‘I feel like I could give so much. Everyone deserves love, but then it’s just like me in the corner again, alone.
‘It’s day two and I feel like a fool. But I just feel like I’m doing this for the third time and still I’ve got nothing,’ she said.
