Billionaires HACKED: Elon Musk Bill Gates and Bloomberg’s Twitter accounts share scam tweet that prompts hundreds of victims to send thousands of dollars to a bitcoin account that promises return of ‘double the amount’

Elon Musk is known for sharing bizarre posts on Twitter, but the latest one seems to really be out of character.
A scam is circling Twitter and has been shared to Musk’s account, along with Bill Gate’s and Jeff Bezos’s pages Wednesday evening that prompts users to send them money and in return will receive double the amount.
Some of the posts suggest sending $1,000 dollars, but the one shared on Bezos’ account states he is ‘only doing a maximum of $50,000.’
‘Feeling grateful, doubling all payment sent to my BTC address,’ reads the tweet, which states the offer will only be available for the next 30 minutes.
Although many users knew the gesture was the evil working of a cybercriminal, others replied they sent money to the listed account.

The idea of the posts stated that the billionaires are giving back to their followers by prompting them to sending money to his BTC address.
And apparently the offer is ‘only going on for 30 minutes.’
All of the scam tweets have been shared over 3,000 times and have just as many comments.
Many users are tweeting that the post is a scam, hoping no one will fall for it.

However, some appear to have sent money to the address, only to find that they have been duped.
