‘I stick to my age’: Bachelor in Paradise star Jamie Doran, 40, gets age shamed by his younger female co-stars as they say he is ‘too old’ for them

Bachelor in Paradise star Jamie Doran admitted he was nervous about coming to the resort because of his ‘stage five’ clinger reputation.

But the 40-year-old had other woes when he was age-shamed by his co-stars during a Q&A with them in Paradise.

The awkward moment happened when the girls were asked: ‘What is the oldest guy you would date?’

Rather than getting some mileage out of his matured good looks, Jamie was continuously shot down around the table.

Abbie Chatfield was the first girl to let Jamie down, with her eye firmly fixed of Ciarran Stott for most of the night. She said her limit was 33.

‘Jamie’s 40. Like, I’m 24. Like, I’m 16 years younger than you. Like, I’m not doing it,’ she said of her co-star.

‘Broke my heart, though, Abbie,’ Jamie replied.

Next, it was Mary Viturino’s turn to give her awkwardly honest answer: ‘I pretty much stick to my age, so, yeah. Around my age, 32.’

Helena Sauzier then offered her answer: ‘I am…I’m mostly attracted to older guys. By old, I mean, like, 30 to 40. But I think, ooh…so, like, 38 is the upper limit.’

‘I’ve only been 40 for, like, 20 days, OK?’ Jamie shot back.
