Jennifer Aniston reveals ‘Post workout self portrait’ of own sweat on yoga mat

Many people have let their exercise routines relax in lockdown.

But Jennifer Aniston proved on her Insta Stories this Monday that she has stuck to her fitness regimen with gusto.

The 51-year-old Friends icon posted a snapshot showing the ‘Post workout self portrait’ of sweat on her yoga mat.

Her latest Instagram post comes amid reports that her pregnant pal Katy Perry has chosen Jennifer to be her baby’s godmother.

An insider dished to the Mirror last week that Jennifer ‘is pretty chuffed about it as well and cried when they asked her.’

The source shared: ‘Katy and Jen are very close. During lockdown they went for socially distanced walks, and spent lots of time catching up.’ 

Katy is expecting a baby girl by her fiance Orlando Bloom and is due to deliver her little pride and joy sometime this summer.

Jennifer is already godmother to 16-year-old Coco Arquette, who is the daughter of her longtime pal and Friends co-star Courteney Cox.

In fact Jennifer has stayed pals with all the old Friends stars – Courteney, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc.

The entire series was included on HBO Max when the streaming service debuted in May and was meant to be joined by an unscripted reunion with all six stars.

However filming on the reunion has had to be put off indefinitely owing to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Fans were still able to catch Jennifer and Lisa interviewing each other virtually for an episode of the Variety series Actors On Actors.

Lisa confessed that she has ‘a commitment issue since Friends’ when it comes to devoting herself to another TV show, though she has starred on other programs.

‘Friends, it was more than just – it’s not like: “Oh, it was such hard work for 10 years.” You know, it’s not that. It’s that I know that show worked because we all committed to each other too,’ she revealed.

‘You know, it wasn’t just committing to a role, committing like to a contract. I mean, we all still love each other, and there aren’t casts like that and that’s why that worked,’ shared the The Comeback star.
