The Prahran townhouse that inspired Bec Judd’s $7.3 million Brighton mansion is officially on the market with a $1.45-$1.595 million price guide.

According to Real Estate, the Parisian-style home was recreated three years ago by renowned designer Jean Pierre Biasol.

Many famous Melbourne celebrities were reportedly fans of the property, including Gogglebox’s Anastasia Katselas and Faye Kontos, and WAG Jessie Murphy.

Bec used the same designer to work on her lavish Brighton mansion. 

Real Estate reports that the 37-year-old had previously ‘liked’ photos of the Prahan pad on Instagram, and even had a photo of it on her pin-up board while working on the Brighton property.

An arched glass door between the open living area and the hallway apparently inspired the door on Bec’s tennis court clubhouse.

Vendor Penelopi Stefanopoulos said: ‘It’s around the kitchen and living space that people tend to really appreciate.

‘Our oven came all the way from Burgundy and our bathrooms feature floor-to-ceiling Carrara marble.’

The Jaggad designer told 9Honey lastyear that they bought the house based on its distinctive arches, ‘the arches – that’s why we bought it – I died at the arches.’ she said.

Bec and her husband spared no expense when it came to the renovation of their dream home.

It boasts many luxurious features, including a ‘MagnaPool’ – a magnesium mineral pool system that’s said to help alleviate aches and pains and soothe one’s skin.
