On Saturday, the bombshell shared a lengthy and emotional post on Instagram, revealing details about the breakup.
KC admitted that the split ‘hurts like hell’ and that while she thought the 28-year-old was her ‘forever’, they simply couldn’t go the distance.

‘It hurts my heart to write this,’ her post began. ‘It’s with sadness that I have chosen to end my relationship with Michael.’
KC explained how they had been together for five months, and that their time living together in lockdown in Melbourne ‘felt like a lifetime while isolating’.
‘Michael became my best friend and five months felt like a lifetime while isolating. I packed my bags and moved in with him with hopes this would be my forever.’

KC said she ‘caved’ when millionaire businessman Michael told her ‘everything she ever dreamed of hearing from a man’.
She said she has ‘no bad feelings’ towards Michael, but added: ‘What I have learned through life and relationships is self-love comes first and if someone isn’t treating you the way you deserve, you must leave, even if it hurts like hell.’

Michael meanwhile told Daily Mail Australia that he’s a ‘workaholic’ and ‘hasn’t been able to give KC the time she deserves’.
‘Since the show finished I’ve been really focused on work and so much of my time has been heavily invested into my business,’ he said.
‘I’ve always been a workaholic and I’ve struggled to find a healthy balance between work and my relationship with KC. I haven’t been able to give her the time she deserves.’
He concluded: ‘We shared some great memories I’ll always cherish. KC is a strong, intelligent and beautiful woman, and I wish her all the success moving forward.’
