She has lamented not being able to show off her two stone weight-loss due to being ‘stuck in her flat all summer’ because of lockdown.

Yet Alexandra Cane appeared to be escaping the confines of her four walls on Wednesday as she took to Instagram to share a smouldering snap while posing in a bikini having seemingly escaped to the seaside.

She added a hilarious caption reading: ‘Will take me about a week to remove all sand particles from places I don’t wish to mention but life is good’.

Alexandra looked incredible in a sexy white two-piece as she flaunted the results of her gym-honed labour – particularly her ripped six pack.

She wore her hair in loose lengths over her shoulder while she extended her hand to her head to protect her eyes amid the heatwave.

On Monday, Alexandra – who shed a staggering two stone in three months earlier this year – told her followers ‘Who needs Ibiza?’ as she danced by herself in a field.

Posting a video, she wrote: ‘Who needs Ibiza when you’ve got sunshine, wicked tunes and land for miles. Be your own best friend… bring your own energy!!!’

While many Brits have neglected their gym routines due to the closure of fitness studios across the country, Alexandra has seemingly maintained her cardio burning lifestyle.

The TV star insisted ‘exercise is an absolute must’ as she discussed staying motivated during the coronavirus lockdown and her Summer Shred fitness programme.

While some may find it easy to reach for the snacks and have days binge-watcing Netflix while in isolation, Alexandra, who dropped from 11 stone down to nine, revealed that would never be the case for her.

When asked if she lets her standards slip on occasion, she confidently told MailOnline: ‘Nope! I don’t have days like that!

‘I can’t, because then I know that I’ll go back into those same habits that I used to have. Everyday I know how exercise makes me feel and it makes me feel so amazing, I almost crave it.

‘Every morning I’m like ‘I must do something!’ I always set myself challenges and then I know I can relax.

‘I don’t really watch TV, I read books, self-improvement books. I do a lot of research, I’m currently studying at the moment, I do charity work, just things that make me feel good really.’
