Rebecca Judd reveals her hack for getting the perfect ice cubes without spilling any water

She balances a busy media career with running an activewear business and raising four boisterous children. 

And on Tuesday, Rebecca Judd revealed her surprising kitchen hack for getting perfect ice cubes every time.

The 37-year-old explained on the 3pm Pick Up that most ice trays already have a feature that allows for a perfectly-shaped ice cubes.

‘Did you know that ridge down the middle, that’s actually where you pour the water into and then it disperses all the water evenly into each cube,’ she said.

Co-host Monty Diamond was also surprised at the function of the ice cube tray.

She added: ‘Yeah, because mine are a hot mess, some of them are so full and others are so tiny like an ice chip at the very end.’

Rebecca joked: ‘They (small ice cubes) melt so quickly in the Friday night rose Darl!’

It comes after she hilariously revealed that she banned her AFL star husband, Chris Judd, from taking their son Oscar, eight, for haircuts on Tuesday.

The brunette beauty said she was forced to whisk Oscar to their local hair salon in Melbourne to get his ‘quasi-mullet’ removed.

‘Yew!!! So much better. Dad is officially fired from taking Oscar for haircuts from now on,’ Rebecca captioned an Instagram post.

‘Thanks for getting rid of the quasi-mullet,’ she added.

Rebecca and Chris, 36, share four children together, son Oscar, daughter Billie, six, and twin sons Tom and Darcy, three.
