While revellers would normally have kicked off the weekend early by heading the to Berkshire racecourse this morning dressed in their finest frocks, the current coronavirus crisis means the action is taking place behind closed doors.
For the first time in 100 years, even the most committed fans have been watching jockeys riding, wearing face masks, broadcast virtually.
And while the five-day celebration may be soon be drawing to a close, dedicated would-be racegoers have continued to deliver high fashion looks from the comfort of their own home.
