Made In Chelsea stars brazenly flout lockdown to throw birthday bash for Angus Findlay

Made In Chelsea’s Angus Findlay brazenly flouts lockdown rules by hosting birthday party with a plethora of guests (including co-stars Amelia Mist, Verity Bowditch and Freddie Browne)

Some of the stars of Made In Chelsea brazenly flouted lockdown rules on Wednesday night as they had a party to mark former cast member Angus Findlay’s birthday.

At what appeared to be his or a friend’s flat, Angus hosted around 15-20 people, who all congregated to drink, dance and eat cake – and then plastered it across his social media for the world to see.

Other guests included co-stars Amelia Mist and Freddie Browne, who happily joined in with the revelry.

Against the rules: Some of the stars of Made In Chelsea brazenly flouted lockdown rules on Wednesday night as they had a party to mark former cast member Angus Findlay’s birthday

The guests broke a number of lockdown rules, despite the rest of the country being told to still observe lockdown rules diligently, with thousands missing out on celebrating birthdays, weddings and other occasions with their friends and loved ones.

But this didn’t seem to bother Angus, who not only threw the bash but filmed much of it and plastered it all over Instagram stories.

The 22-year-old posed for videos and photos in a jungle-print shirt as he lapped up the attention by standing on chairs and dancing for the camera, while the guests gathered around him, closer than the 2 metre rule in force.

This kind of gathering is illegal according to the government’s COVID-19 guidelines.

Groups of six or less are allowed to gather outside in a garden or a public space, observing the 2 metre rule.

Members of single adult households are allowed to form social bubbles with members of other single adult households and meet at each other’s homes – but the likes of Verity and Amelia, for example, live together, so are not in a single person household.

It is believed Angus himself does not live alone either.

Angus’s Instagram bio states, ‘Felt cute might self isolate later,’ suggesting he has not been taking lockdown seriously at all.

He is not the first to be accused of breaking lockdown rules, with the likes of co-stars Jamie Laing, Sophie Habboo, Georgia Toffolo and Tiffany Watson slammed for it over the weeks.
