Big Brother: Angela Clancy finally reveals why she makes her tea so milky

She’s the Big Brother favourite known for her love of tea – and she even made headlines this week for using a teabag that she dropped in the toilet.

And on Wednesday, Angela Clancy finally revealed why her tea is so milky all the time. 

The 38-year-old, who hails from Perth, appeared on The Morning Show and blamed the weak tea on using full cream milk.   

‘Why do you have so much milk, Angela?’ host Kylie Gillies asked her. 

 Angela said she’s had a few questions about how she makes her tea. 

‘I’ve been getting all these messages, “why is your tea so milky?” Angela said. 

‘It’s because I don’t drink soy milk or any other type of milk, I like it full cream…. Because it’s full cream, that’s why it seems it’s just milk.’

Angela said she doesn’t care about the interest in her drink and said: ‘But it’s tea, and all I care about is tea. It’s not that much milk!’ 

Angela’s tea making ability has been questioned online by Big Brother fans in recent weeks. 

One fan recently remarked on Twitter: ‘She may as well not have bothered with the teabag given how milky that tea was.’

‘That’s not tea Angela, it’s basically milky water,’ another wrote, adding a sick emoji. 

Another added: ‘Wait… her tea is so milky!’

On Tuesday’s episode of Big Brother, Angela shocked fans by using a tea bag she had accidentally dropped in the toilet. 

Angela, 38, confirmed the incident to Big Brother, saying: ‘Hell yeah [I did]. I’m not wasting anything. Tea is precious!’

Angela had been secretly stockpiling teabags in her cleavage to stop her housemates from using them.

‘I can’t trust anyone!’ she said of her bra-smuggling plot. 

Earlier in the season, Angela had burst into tears due to the lack of teabags while the housemates were living on limited rations.

She has said that drinking tea is like an addiction for her, and she even experiences withdrawal-like symptoms.
