‘All you need is love!’ Karl Stefanovic dotes over his one-year-old daughter Harper May during a 5am Facetime call before hosting the Today show
He recently said he was sleeping better than ever despite being a dad to a newborn.
And on Monday, Karl Stefanovic looked fresh-faced and happy as he enjoyed a quick Facetime call with his one-month-old daughter, Harper May, whom he shares with wife Jasmine Yarbrough.
Unable to wipe the smile from his face, the Today show host, 45, certainly started his day off right as he shared a screenshot of the video chat to Instagram.

Little Harper looked adorable as she sat in her mother’s lap while sporting a slight smile as she appeared to recognise her dad on the other end.
Karl couldn’t contain his delight, as he captioned the Instagram screenshot: ‘5 am face time feeding call with this beauty. All you need is ❤️.’
Despite his hectic work schedule and family duties, Karl admitted last week that his sleeping had improved lately and he had even managed to lose 5kg.
Speaking to leading obesity researcher Dr Nick Fuller on the Today show on Thursday, Karl – who has switched to eating smaller meals before bed – explained: ‘I am able to go to sleep a lot quicker. It’s definitely had an effect on that.

‘I am not going to sleep feeling stodgy and I’m waking up feeling really light.’
Karl’s lifestyle change comes three weeks after he hopped on the scales in front of co-host Allison Langdon and Dr Fuller and revealed that he weighed 105kg.
Meanwhile, as well as his diet and exercise commitments, Karl has been enjoying fatherhood for the third time around.

In a statement to the Today show at the time, Karl said: ‘Harper and Jasmine are doing well and Dad had a great night’s sleep.
He added: ‘I am in awe. Harper is absolutely perfect.’
While it’s the first child for the couple, Karl has three children from his previous marriage to Cassandra Thorburn, sons Jackson, 20, and River, 12, and daughter Ava, 15.
