Natasha Spencer found fame after appearing on the controversial dating show Married At First Sight this year.

But the 26-year-old revealed on Thursday she felt dating wasn’t ‘a game’, penning a lengthy paragraph about true love and being ‘seen’ in a relationship.

The financial analyst-turned-influencer stunned as she went makeup-free in the picture, as she lounged across a blue sofa in black lingerie.

‘Can we please stop referring to dating as “getting back in the game”,’ Natasha began her post.

She added: ‘Dating doesn’t have to be a game. Be exactly who you are. Infatuation isn’t love. Love is not conditional.

‘Love doesn’t ask us to wear masks or abandon parts of ourselves that makes someone uncomfortable. Don’t hold back your truths.’

Natasha urged her followers to ‘make sure you are seen’, even if they had been hurt in a relationship before.

‘There is a person who is willing to not only hold space for you, but someone who wants to know your soul,’ Natasha said.

‘You are not here to be the object of someone’s fantasy. You are more than your body. You are f**king beautiful,’ she finished the heartfelt post.

Last week, Natasha shared a similar inspirational message, explaining she wouldn’t be settling for anybody because she wasn’t ‘afraid of being alone’.

‘Do not sleep beside someone who makes you feel lonely because you’re afraid to be alone,’ she wrote.

‘Don’t fill your voids with someone who cannot value you, because you’re still learning to value yourself,’ she continued.

The brunette beauty went on to urge her followers to trust in themselves.

‘Notice how a bird is not afraid when she’s perched in a tree? It is not because of her trust in the branch not breaking, but in the strength of her own wings,’ she said.
