Karl Stefanovic reveals a LOT more than he bargained for while adjusting his bathrobe on Instagram Live – leaving his 15-year-old daughter Ava ‘scarred for life’
Karl Stefanovic suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction during a livestream on the Today show’s Instagram account on Friday.
The father-of-four, 45, was speaking to entertainment reporter Brooke Boney from his home in Sydney’s lower north shore when his accidentally flashed his privates.
While Karl didn’t expose himself on camera, his teenage daughter unfortunately saw what happened when she interrupted the chat.

The incident took place when Karl was adjusting his grey bathrobe.
As he chatted to Brooke on his balcony, 15-year old Ava Willow Stefanovic walked by and asked about her brother Jackson’s birthday.
He said afterwards: ‘I think my daughter, she came out at the wrong time when I was doing a Sharon Stone with my dressing gown on and she’s disappeared.’

He then joked that his daughter was ‘scarred for life’, prompting Brooke to say she’d rushed off to ‘wash her eyes’.
Karl’s reference to ‘doing a Sharon Stone’ stems from an infamous scene in the 1992 erotic thriller Basic Instinct.
