‘I wish it could have been an auction because it had the right ingredients,’ Bradley said.
‘It was really popular. It was only on the market for a single week of inspections,’ he added.
The Neighbours star had lived in the property for two years but decided to sell because her work schedule requires frequent travel.
The one-bedroom apartment overlooks Southbank and is only a short walk from the city’s prominent arts district.

It comes after Olympia and her boyfriend, Thomas Bellchambers, bought a two-bedroom cottage in Daylesford, Victoria.
It is believed the secluded property was purchased by the couple in December for $587,000 and the deal was settled on Valentine’s Day.
Olympia debuted her relationship with the Essendon Bombers player last June.
