But Michelle Bridges was very much in a positive mindset on Sunday, as she enjoyed quality time with the former couple’s four-year-old son Axel.
The 49-year-old personal trainer shared a photo of her surroundings to Instagram, and told fans in the caption that simple pleasures give her life meaning.

Michelle posted a picture of the fireplace inside her country home, and admitted that while it’s a ‘crap’ photo, she had the best time with Axel.
‘This is such a crap photo, but who cares when my little man and I are having a fire picnic,’ Michelle began.
‘We laid out a rug, put on favourite music (Sing soundtrack), the salmon and vegetable morphed into a version of fried rice, and now… we are having our little dinner, discussing life, Lego and love.

After she was charged on January 26, Michelle released a statement claiming she was going through a ‘very difficult time’ following her split from Steve, 43.
Michelle and Steve met while filming The Biggest Loser in 2007, at a time when they were both in relationships with other people.
They began dating in 2015, after splitting from their respective partners, and welcomed Axel in December that year.
