Olivia Buckland displays her incredible toned frame in crop-top and thong underwear after losing 6lb

She recently revealed she had lost 6lbs in quarantine due to a new healthy eating regime.

And Olivia Buckland showcased her toned frame as she slipped into underwear on Instagram on Tuesday.

The Love Island star, 26, looked incredible as she showcased her taut midriff, peachy posterior and multiple tattoos in a slate grey crop-top paired with scanty thong underwear.

The midriff-flashing top revealed a hint of her cleavage while also drawing the eye to her honed arms.

The tiny underwear rose high on her hips and showcased her toned legs.

Her platinum bob was styled in tousled waves while her pretty features were enhanced with a radiant palette of make-up.   

Olivia showed off the results of her workouts last week as she revealed she had lost 6lbs from eating healthily.

The reality star took to Instagram last week to share a video of herself displaying her toned figure as she revealed she has been using a new fitness app, SHREDDY, for three weeks.   

Olivia insisted that she has still been enjoying chocolate and wine every day alongside her healthy diet, she added that she hasn’t intentionally been trying to lose weight. 

Sharing a video of herself posing, the Love Island babe looked incredible as she showed off her peachy posterior in a pair of mint green gym leggings.

Olivia teased a glimpse of her toned torso with a matching coloured crop top with a plunging zip neckline.  

 She penned alongside the video: ‘I’ve been doing the app probably about three weeks but restarted this week for the challenge. 

‘I’ve lost 6lbs eating healthily, I still eat chocolate everyday lol and drink wine I ain’t changing lol. Feel so good and not intentionally trying to lose weight. Just feel tighter.’

Olivia signed off her message by revealing she is going to have a weekend off from exercising and eating healthily.

The reality star also shared a snap of herself posing in the gymwear in front of a mirror, she wrote: ‘Time for brekky. I’ve eaten two eggs on brown toast literally every day in iso,’ followed by a crying laughing emoji.   

It comes after Olivia was forced to hit out at a fan who accused her of flouting social distancing rules amid the coronavirus pandemic. 

After posting a video earlier this month, in which she was seen drinking beer and dancing in her garden while her husband Alex Bowen played on his DJ decks, many of her fans and followers queried who was filming the video. 

In the midst of current government guidelines surrounding social distancing and quarantine, Olivia was accused of flouting these rules – however she swiftly cleared up that she and Alex have a friend staying in their home. 

Olivia and Alex looked to be living the dream in their new video, as she shared a snap with the pair drinking beer and listening to music.   

As the reality star sat dancing and waving a badminton bat, many fans lauded her for making the most of quarantine in the sprawling space. 

Yet many were left scratching their heads as to who was filming the couple, when they are believed to live alone just the two of them. 

One fan penned: ‘No hate but who’s filming this then? Celebs preaching about social distancing but’, which Olivia did not take kindly to.

She responded: ‘Don’t judge when you don’t know then if it’s no hate, Our friend has been living in our house for two weeks & for the foreseeable’.
