He’s the latest celebrity to start offering virtual fitness classes during the coronavirus lockdown, and has roped in his high-profile friends to help out.
And Mark Wright, 33, was joined by Pixie Lott, 29, for a morning workout on Thursday, with the star taking to Instagram Live to share the gruelling routine.
The singer wore a sports bra and matching leggings to showcase her taut abs while she followed the TV presenter’s exercises from the comfort of her home.

The former TOWIE star, who sported a fresh buzzcut, gave instructions on how to box and jab to the singer who worked up a sweat as she followed his lead.
At the end of the workout, which involved a variety of exercises including lunges, star jumps and planks, Pixie eagerly asked: ‘Is that the end, Mark?’
To which he said: ‘You’re as fit as anything! You stayed with me the whole time.’
He continued: ‘Pixie, you’re a legend and a warrior. Smashed that! Well done.’

On Sunday, Mark shared the schedule of celebrity guests he has lined up for the week in a poster uploaded to his Instagram.
Frankie and Wayne Bridge, Amanda Holden, Pixie Lott and even his sister Jess all make or have made appearances.
