She recently said she was feeling ‘calm’ while in lockdown during the coronavirus pandemic.

And on Thursday, former Home And Away star Tammin Sursok enjoyed a breath of fresh air while going for a hike in the Hollywood Hills with her family.

She completed her exercise ensemble with sunglasses that covered up part of her youthful, makeup-free visage.

The brunette beauty looked every inch the active mother as she did her exercise, carrying her youngest daughter for part of the walk.

Tammin recently said she was feeling calm and peaceful amid the current coronavirus crisis.

Despite having suffered from ‘debilitating’ anxiety, she explained that she had found the lack of control in the current situation to be peaceful.

‘Since we have pretty much been on lockdown since last Thursday, I’ve felt complete calm for the first time in my life,’ Tammin said in an Instagram post back in March.

She said she thought her anxiety would get the better of her during lockdown, but it hadn’t.

She explained that the realisation she had no control over what was happening hit her ‘like a lightning bolt’.

The soap actress believed the unprecedented nature of the lockdown motivated her to accept the situation.

‘I don’t know how long this will last, I don’t know if our jobs will fall through, I don’t know if we will get sick, or my friends will get sick, I don’t know when my child will go back to school. I don’t know. No one does,’ she mused.

‘So we have to accept the situation and make the best of whatever we can.’

She added that she still felt a ‘deep sadness’ for anybody personally affected, and urged her followers to stay inside.
