‘Such a fun way to start the day!’ Tiffiny Hall and Yellow Wiggle Emma Watkins team up for a ‘wiggly workout’
Tiffiny Hall and Emma Watkins found a fun way to entertain their followers in isolation on Tuesday.
The former Biggest Loser trainer and the Yellow Wiggle teamed up for a workout together, which they live streamed on Instagram.
For twenty minutes, the pair performed squats, star jumps, push ups and other exercises.

The ‘wiggly workout’ was unique, as it was designed for both parents and children to do together.
‘Training with Emma Wiggle was such a fun way to start the day. Forget Wake Up Jeff, this was Wake Up Body!’ Tiff wrote on Instagram after sharing the video.
‘Thanks Emma, hope we can do it again soon. And don’t worry, you’ll all be invited too!’

Australian gyms were forced to close last month as the federal government brought in further restrictions to battle the spread of COVID-19.
Tiffiny shared a heartfelt message on Instagram after the initial announcement, revealing her family’s Taekwondo studio was one of many small businesses forced to close its doors.
The 35-year-old teared up as she sent a ‘big virtual hug’ to the health clubs, gyms and other small businesses that were suffering due to the restrictions.

‘Our family business, Hall’s Taekwondo, operational for 36 years closed its doors today. We have 49 staff members that we’re trying to support through this.
‘I know all small businesses are struggling and doing it incredibly tough and it is so heartbreaking,’ Tiffiny said at the time.
She added: ‘Big virtual hug to all the gyms, my personal gyms that support me. We’re gonna make it through it.’
