Nina Dobrev turns grocery washing into a comedy skit with assistance from ‘boyfriend’ Shaun White
Nina Dobrev went all-out to protect herself against the coronavirus on Saturday — and her rumored boyfriend Shaun White helped.
The 31-year-old Vampire Diaries alumna posted a hilarious video to Instagram of her chaotic grocery washing routine.
Viewers were quick to notice that the hands looked an awful lot like those of the 33-year-old Olympic gold medalist.

Nina opened her short clip at her kitchen sink with her groceries laid out to her side.
‘I know that everyone’s been talking about washing your hands, and that’s super important, but it’s also important to wash your groceries when coming back from the store,’ she said.
Nina’s hands were covered in gloves, but the arms were thicker and more freckled than her own, and they looked as if they belonged to her rumored beau Shaun, who’s been spotted visiting her house and out for a bike ride with her in recent days.
The Degrassi actress did a great job of staying totally serious and deadpan, until Shaun chucked an avocado he’d finished washing to the side and onto the floor, which caused a smile to erupt on her face.

Nina/Shaun went on to blindly rinse a plastic container of granola, before opening up a fruit drink to give Nina a quick sip.
Her ability to keep a straight face pretty much ended at that point, and she could barely croak out a farewell to her viewers.
The Canadian actress’ video was inspired by a similar video Dakota Johnson posted to her friend Olivia Munn’s Instagram last month.
Like Nina, Dakota seemed totally serious as she talked about the importance of hand washing, until the hands, supplied by her boyfriend Chris Martin, went crazy and started washing her hair in the sink.
Though Nina seemed genuinely convinced that it’s important to wash your groceries before the shenanigans started, infectious disease experts don’t endorse the practice.
In an interview with NPR from last week, multiple experts instead recommended washing or sanitizing your hands multiple times, both before and after going to the grocery store, as well as after unpacking the groceries, before cooking and before eating.

Shaun and Nina were first linked after they were spotted out together for a bike ride in Malibu last month, and he’s been seen leaving her house multiple times since then.
