Josh Brolin goes shirtless (but keeps his mask on) on family visit including Barbra Streisand

Josh Brolin and his wife Kathryn brought their one-year-old daughter Westlyn for a visit with her grandparents this week.

The 52-year-old Hollywood hunk took his family to see his father James Brolin and stepmother Barbra Streisand in Malibu.

In a new backyard snap of the visit, Josh could be seen showing off his tanned and toned torso as he went shirtless – but kept his face mask on for safety. 

Kathryn, 32, who used to be Josh’s assistant, was also wearing a mask as she knelt by the swimming pool and held Westlyn.

Meanwhile, Barbra coordinated her white mask with a matching caftan and hat, spreading her arms wide and demonstrating she was keeping social distance.

James could also be spotted wearing a mask with his casual T-shirt and shorts ensemble as he cleaned the hot tub.

‘There’s nothing like a good meeting up with family when all you can hear is a distant muffling of what used to be called words,’ quipped Josh in his Instagram caption. 

Barbra shared a sweet Instagram photo Thursday of Kathryn wearing a mask while standing outside one of the windows and holding up a message from Westlyn. 

‘WE [heart] YOU GAMMA & GAMPA,’ read the sign, which Josh and Kathryn made especially for their socially distant visit.

Her Instagram album included a snap of her backyard wishing well, which was covered in rose vines and sat next to a mini flower garden in blossom.

Barbra noted ‘all of the flowers are now blooming on our wishing well – we are wishing with our hearts and minds for everybody to stay well!’ 

She and James are self-isolating at their compound in Malibu, which famously includes ‘a street of shops’ in her basement housing her collectibles.

The Oscar-winner wrote a book about her multi-million dollar property called My Passion For Design, released in 2010 two years after the U.S. housing crash.

She shared in the book that her estate includes a barn with chickens that lay green eggs and a pond with fish that match the black and white trim on the houses.

James had Josh by his late first wife Jane Cameron Agee, whom he was married to from 1966 until their divorce in 1984.

Meanwhile Josh shares two children, Eden, 26, and Trevor, 31, with his first wife Alice Adair and has also been married to Diane Lane.
