She admitted she has been keeping fit by running and practicing yoga while in lockdown with her family during the coronavirus pandemic. 

And Helen Flanagan flaunted the fruits of her labour as she showcased her incredible honed physique while posing up a storm on Wednesday. 

The actress, 29, displayed her frame in pretty pink lingerie as she accentuated her lashes with a pair of curlers, while applying a full face of make-up.

Helen’s sexy two-piece consisted of a lacy bra with embroidered detailing teamed with a pair of skimpy matching knickers.

The mother-of-two wore her brunette locks swept back into a neat bun and sported a full face of make-up, including a striking fuchsia lipstick.

In the background of Helen’s snap was a selection of luxury Louis Vuitton luggage and a two rails of her clothings.

Last week, the former Coronation Street actress took to Instagram to post a collection of photos as she relaxed with daughter Delilah, 22 months, in the garden.

In the snaps, Helen looked sensational as she showcased her washboard abs in a red spotty bikini.

The mother-of-two styled her brunette locks into a sweptback ponytail, she added a slick of make-up.

Helen posed with daughter Delilah, who looked adorable in a matching patterned Minnie Mouse swimsuit.

The soap star captioned the photos with: ‘Grateful for the sun and my mini me ❤️ bikini @pourmoiltd x @pourmoiltd such a good fit for support after finishing nursing ❤️.’ 

It comes after Helen shared a sweet Instagram snap as she took her daughters Matilda, four, and Delilah, on a family walk. 

The former Coronation Street actress dressed the pair in matching blue summer dresses.

The I’m A Celebrity star smiled for the snap as she stood in a field holding Matilda’s hand. 

Helen also shared the reality of going on a walk with a photo of Delilah and wrote: ‘Lost count of how many tantrums this little dot did today’.
