The 72-year-old emerged from self-isolation in a sweater plugging his Arnold Classic World Bodybuilding Championship.
During his latest outing the ex-California Governor was joined by his girlfriend, 45-year-old massage therapist Heather Milligan.

Heather cut a stylish figure in a flowing floral dress on her bicycle, which in a throwback touch had a wicker basket hanging off the front.
She wrapped a cream scarf around her neck where it could be conveniently be pulled up for use as a makeshift face mask.
Arnold was also accompanied by a bodyguard who stayed slightly behind The Terminator star as they cycled through Santa Monica.
His outing took him along a beach bike path, with a view of both the ocean and the deserted Santa Monica Pier behind him.
