‘I think over the years I’ve looked up to her so I was quite excited to come back and cook alongside her,’ he told the publication.

The Perth-based chef, who is a self-proclaimed dumpling king, admitted since coming ninth on the Channel 10 reality show back in 2018, his cooking has evolved.

‘I really started to develop a food personality, a food identity… I want to come back and show Australia and the rest of the world the kind of food I’m most passionate about and that I like to cook,’ he said.
