Tammy Hembrow injures herself filming dance routine for Tik-Tok

Tammy Hembrow met up with her 19-year-old sister Starlette Thynne to film an up close and personal Tik-Tok challenge on Tuesday.    

The 25-year-old Instagram sensation and her younger sibling climbed all over each other as they tried out a dance routine to Tricky by Bloodhound Gang. 

The mother-of-two revealed she ended up ‘limping’ because of the elaborate tricks, which included climbing over each others’ backs and holding hands while performing a somersault. 

Tammy donned baggy grey tracksuit pants and a white sports crop top, while Starlette styled a matching ensemble in baby pink with ‘angel’ emblazoned across her chest.  

In the video, Tammy and Starlette give each other a high five, before linking their arms and legs together and spinning in circles. 

Starlette then leaps over Tammy’s head, before flipping into somersault while still holding her older sister’s hand. 

Tammy shared their impressive result on Instagram, before giving a sneak peek at some of their failed attempts. 

‘Swipe to see why I’m limping rn [right now],’ Tammy hinted in the caption.  

It appears as though the two Instagram models had initially planned to try the video in each other’s roles, with muscular Tammy climbing over her smaller sister. 

Immediately, Tammy crashed to the floor when she attempted the move, landing on her arm while kicking Starlette in the face as she fell. 

‘I have a concussion,’ Starlette wrote in the comments of the video.  

While Tammy lives with her two children Wolf and Saskia, she has a large family located around the Gold Coast, including her four sisters and two brothers.
