Married At First Sight’s Drew reveals what he REALLY thinks of’ KC’s relationship with Michael  

Married At First Sight’s Drew Brauer has revealed what he really thinks of his ex-‘wife’ KC Osborne’s new relationship with fellow participant Michael Goonan.  

Speaking to 9Entertainment on Tuesday, the 32-year-old musician said that, while he and KC suffered a tumultuous breakup, the pair remain close friends.  

‘Despite all of the stuff we went through I care about her a lot. I just want her to be happy so I think it’s great, good on them, best of luck to them,’ he said. 

KC and Michael received criticism from fans after they confirmed dating rumours on Monday.  

Defending the couple, Drew told the publication: ‘I know [KC and Michael are] copping a lot of slack [sic] over it, they don’t need any more.’ 

Fans were once hopeful that Drew and KC would leave the experiment as a couple, after they agreed to a long distance relationship during their final vows. 

However, splitting their time between Cairns and Sydney soon took its toll, and their relationship soon fizzled out.  

The pair confirmed they’d parted ways during Sunday night’s reunion episode, which was filmed mid-January. 

After the episode, Drew posted a picture of himself and KC to Instagram, captioned: ‘Unfortunately I didn’t find my happy ever after, but I did find a LOT out about myself.

‘For this, MAFS, I do thank you, however I think I might stick to the more conventional ways of finding love from now on. Haha.’  

Meanwhile, KC and Michael have been dating since early March. 

Michael was previously partnered with Stacey Hampton, but they broke up after the reunion dinner party in mid-January.
