Mikey Pembroke proudly shows off his ‘old jungle python’ at home in his kitchen

Married At First Sight’s Mikey Pembroke did not find love with his ‘wife’ Natasha Spencer on the show. 

But on Thursday, the 29-year-old operations manager revealed he already has a close companion in his life. 

On his Instagram Story, he posted two videos with his pet jungle python named Silky, who he shares with his roommate. 

‘So, I want you to meet my little friend at the moment. The old jungle python. Have a look at him!’ Mikey said in the clip, holding the black and yellow snake in his hand.  

‘He’s grown so much bigger as well. Kissies!’ Michael added, before lifting the snake’s head to his mouth and making a smoochy face. 

In the next snap, Mikey stood alongside his roommate Tom, who was now holding the snake wrapped around his arm. 

‘This is our pet. How cute is Silky?’ Mikey said. 

Tom agreed with his assessment: ‘He is cute.’ 

‘Jungle python, known for being aggressive,’ Mikey added, as Tom handed over the snake to him.

On Tuesday night’s episode of Married At First Sight, Mikey said he slept with Michael Goonan’s ‘wife’ Stacey Hampton – but she denied it.  

Mikey was ‘married’ to Natasha Spencer on the show but the pair are no longer on good terms.
