A Married At First Sight crew member claims Connie Crayden had a ‘ruthless’ side off camera – as her secret career as a stylist is revealed
She’s the quirky bride who became a Married At First Sight fan favourite this year.
And while Connie Crayden was depicted as shy and awkward on the show, an insider claims the 28-year-old student had another side to her that wasn’t shown on screen.
Speaking to OK! magazine on Thursday, an unnamed crew member alleged: ‘What you see on camera is not the Connie we got on set!’

They added: ‘She’s ruthless. She couldn’t keep up the facade.’
On Married At First Sight, Connie’s is described as a marine biology student and has been portrayed as a shy loner who struggles with low self-esteem.
However, the brunette actually worked part time as a professional stylist before appearing on Nine’s social experiment.

She openly revealed this herself in her audition tape, but it was downplayed on the show to emphasise her studies instead.
One person who believes Connie has another side that viewers didn’t see this year is intruder bride KC Osborne.
KC, 31, told NW magazine on Monday that Connie had said ‘horrible things’ about her during filming, but they weren’t shown on television.

The professional dancer alleged that Connie had called her ‘disgusting’ and ‘gross’ at her first commitment ceremony.
KC also claimed Connie had been the real reason why she burst into tears on the experts’ couch.
‘Connie was pulling faces at me and muttering rude comments under her breath. It was awful,’ she said.

When the episode aired, it was implied Stacey Hampton and Michael Goonan had made her cry by laughing at her relationship woes – but KC said this wasn’t the case.
KC said in a statement to Daily Mail Australia: ‘At the very start of the show, Connie was not very warm and only liked Drew [Brauer, KC’s husband].
‘But towards the end of the show, we got along fine and were fine.
‘I have no further comments to make about Connie except that she deserves love and I have no doubt she will find it.’

Connie was paired with FIFO worker Jonethen Musulin on Married At First Sight, but the couple split at their final vows.
She is now dating airline worker David Holder, whom she has been pictured kissing on several occasions in recent months.
