Married At First Sight’s Tash Herz shared an empowering message for her Instagram fans on Wednesday.
Alongside two photos of herself looking glamorous in a salon, the bartender reminded her followers that physical affection is at your discretion.
‘This is something that is your choice to give to someone,’ the 31-year-old said.

In one shot, the casually dressed star ran one hand playfully through her glossy tresses and gazed intently at the camera.
