He’s best known for playing eccentric characters on the silver screen, including George McFly in the 1985 mega-hit Back To The Future.

And on Friday Crispin Glover showed off hissharp  fashion sense while out on a grocery run amid the coronavirus crisis.

Not for him long days of self-isolation in pajamas, instead Crispin, 55, looked his best in a wool trench coat with a black turtleneck, pin striped trousers and blue high-top sneakers.

Glover appeared to be having a conversation on his phone after making a purchase moments earlier.

With the sun out and a slight chill in the air, Crispin had his dark brown hair styled in a wet look, reminiscent of his George McFly alter-ego, and a sharp left part, again, like his famous sci-fi character.

Glover was 20-years-old when he played both the 17-year-old and 47-year-old version of George McFly in Back To The Future.

At the time he was younger than leading actor, Michael J Fox,  who played his son Marty McFly in the classic sci-fi film.

However Glover declined to reprise the role in sequels Back the Future II (1989) and Back To The Future III (1990).
