The city is preparing to hunker down and stay indoors following advice given amid the coronavirus pandemic.

And Lucy Hale stocked up on supplies at Michael’s Art Store in Studio City on Thursday as she prepared to remain at her Los Angeles home amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The Pretty Little Liars star, 30, wore black gym leggings and a simple grey pullover as she ran errands with her pet dog.

The actress took the opportunity to walk her maltipoo, Elvis, down to the store and made sure not to touch the handles of her cart by covering her hands with her sleeve.

Lucy covered her raven tresses with a New York Yankees cap and wore simple gold sunglasses on her face.

The actress was no doubt in need of a breather after residents were urged to stay at home in effort to stop COVID-19 from spreading.

This follows the Safer At Home order put in place to take effect on Friday, which does allow people to exercise.

Last week, the Katy Keene star shared a video of her gruelling gym session before heading out to the empty stores.

Lucy shared a post with her followers regarding kindness and sympathy for everyone on her social media.

‘To those who walk around with a face mask. And to those who are planning to flee with their kids out of a corona infected area: Never again look down on people who flee from war and famine.’

The beauty captioned the post: ‘Reposting this from @ijessewilliams because DAMN this is so powerful.’
