‘The new normal’: Home And Away star Ada Nicodemou does her daily workout in a face mask and gloves amid coronavirus pandemic

Ada Nicodemou is taking no chances when it comes to coronavirus. 

The Home And Away actress is keeping up her regular workouts but with some major safety precautions. 

The 42-year-old shared a number of videos and a photo to Instagram on Friday, which showed her working out in a mask and gloves.

The actress chose to do her usual daily exercise outside but wore protective gear while in public. 

Ada opted for bright pink gloves and a a white mask which covered and mouth and nose. 

She otherwise dressed normally in a cap, black tights, a white crop top and black sneakers.

It comes as the death toll and infection rate from the deadly disease continues to rise.

The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in Australia rose to 877 as of Friday evening.

A total of seven deaths have been confirmed.
