Jenna Dewan shares candid breastfeeding snap with newborn Callum

She welcomed a son named Callum Michael Rebel with her fiancé Steve Kazee a week ago.

And Jenna Dewan candidly revealed she was ‘so happy’ as she shared a picture of herself breastfeeding her newborn baby on Tuesday.

The Step Up actress, 39, looked blissfully happy while nursing the infant, smiling at the camera during the afternoon feed.

Jenna has been keeping it real thus far during her pregnancy journey and will undoubtedly continue to be as honest with her experience of motherhood. 

The star announced earlier in the day that her baby had arrived, posting a first look at her bundle of joy from her hospital bed.

‘And just like that, our hearts exploded into all of eternity and beyond ❤️Welcome to the world you little angel! ❤️ Callum Michael Rebel Kazee 3/6/20,’ the beauty said in her caption.

In the black and white image, the star is perfectly made up with arched brows as she shows off a fresh manicure. 

Jenna is holding the baby to her chest as he has a blanket on his bare back and a beanie cap. 

 Steve, 44, also took to social media to share a sweet post that was very similar to Jenna’s only he just showed the baby’s hand. 

‘In an instant our universe burst wide open and nothing would ever be the same. Welcome to earth star child. Callum Michael Rebel Kazee 3/6/20.’ 

Jenna has not been seen in public since late February.

The brunette beauty, best known for her movie Step Up and co-starring with Jennifer Lopez on World Of Dance, proved to be the embodiment of spring in floral and denim while out in Los Angeles.    

The Flirty Dancing hostess showed off her burgeoning baby bump in a floral print Elliatt chiffon dress that featured feminine layered ruffling. 

The sundress featured stretchy ruching around the chest and stomach, giving the expectant mother some added comfort. 

Jenna looked to be in an extra jovial mood as she smiled in the direction of nearby shutterbugs who greeted her outside her vehicle.  

She accessorized her ensemble with a brown suede cross-body bag and a gold chain choker featuring a crescent moon pendant. 

Newly engaged, Dewan flashed her diamond engagement ring in the direction of nearby photographers before heading towards her destination on foot. 

Kazee proposed to Dewan during her lavish, crystal-laden baby shower in February.

Jenna’s custom oval diamond engagement ring contains 2.5-3 carats and costs between $50,000-$100,000 according to estimates. 

It was specially crafted for the actress by Twilight alum Nikki Reed’s sustainable jewelry company, BaYou with Love.  

Jenna announced in September that she was expecting a child with her 44-year-old fiance. 

This will be baby number one for Kazee, but second child to Dewan, who shares six-year-old daughter Everly with her ex-husband Channing Tatum.  

Dewan’s ex husband of nine years is reportedly ‘very happy’ for his former wife and her new man. 

‘Jenna has a special place in his heart since she is the mother of their [six-year-old daughter Everly],’ an insider told E! News.

Dewan first met Kazee in 2012 while backstage at Manhattan’s Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre where the Tony-winning thespian was performing his hit Broadway musical, Once.

But they didn’t begin dating until March 2018 – seven months before the former back-up dancer filed for divorce from her ex-husband Channing Tatum, which was finalized November 20.

Tatum has moved on from Dewan with pop-star Jessie J.

The 39-year-old actor and the Price Tag songstress ended their 13-month relationship back in December, but in late January their relationship was back in action.
