Kyly Clarke shows off her TINY dinner including falafel, hummus and broccoli that she calls ‘clean eating’ – amid split from husband Michael

Kyly Clarke is known for her commitment to healthy living.

And on Monday, the 38-year-old former cricket WAG shared a photo of the low-calorie meal she had prepared for dinner.

She shared a photo of the vegan meal, including an omelette, seven small falafel balls, hummus and broccoli, with her Instagram followers.

Kyly was clearly proud of her culinary efforts, writing in the caption: ‘Clean eating’.

It certainly seemed to be a light meal by dinnertime standards, but it’s possible she found it filling due to her naturally slim frame.

It comes after Kyly shared her day on a plate with Mamamia in 2016.

‘My go-to lunch is tuna, avocado and beetroot lettuce cups. I love them. Quick and easy and healthy. Add some chili flakes salt and pepper for taste,’ she said.

In the mornings, the lifestyle guru has a healthy shake, while for dinner she prefers something like a chicken salad.

‘I love making honey and soy lean breast chicken in a salad full of goodness like chick peas, quinoa, corn, tomato, onion, feta and pine nuts,’ she added.

Working hard! The 38-year-old told Confidential in August her love of the gym helps her stay slim, and that she regularly mixes up her training program

Kyly told The Daily Telegraph in August that going to the gym and regularly mixing up her training helps her stay slim.

‘I just love going to the gym, everyone knows that,’ she told the newspaper.

Kyly added that she enjoys Muay Thai fighting and barre classes.

‘I train every day and I mix it up and love it. It is really good for your mind and a great way to stay healthy,’ she said.

It comes after Kyly’s shock split from retired cricketer Michael Clarke, after seven years of marriage.

In a joint statement in February, the Clarkes said it was ‘amicable’ decision and ‘the best course’ for their four-year-old daughter, Kelsey Lee.

The news came as a surprise to many, as Kyly had told Daily Mail Australia in January 2019: ‘We’re not, never were and never will be splitting.’
