Rebecca Judd displays her tiny frame in bike shorts and a cropped jacket as she enjoys a hike during family getaway to country Victoria

Rebecca Judd is the founder of activewear brand, JAGGAD.

And 36-year-old proved she’s her own best advertisement on Sunday when she modelled a pair of JAGGAD bike shorts and a cropped jacket while hiking through a town in country Victoria.

Rebecca showed off her svelte figure as she posed in the glamorous exercise gear on Instagram.

She also shared several other photos of herself modelling the ensemble to Instagram Stories.

Bec is currently holidaying on a houseboat in the Victoria town of Echuca, alongside her four children and husband Chris.

Despite being an activewear mogul, the former model has previously confessed that she only spends a few hours working out a week.

Speaking to news.com.au recently, Rebecca said: ‘I am addicted to cardio tennis, I play for two hours twice a week because it’s really fun.’

‘It’s a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running and it’s 60 minutes that goes so quickly.’

The athleisure wear co-founder went on to add that her super slender frame is simply down to ‘good genes’.

Exercise: 'I'm not super conscious about what I eat. I've got my mum's genes, so I'm very lucky - it's just my family's body type,' Bec has said previously of her slender figure

Rebecca revealed her day on a plate in an interview with Daily Mail Australia in May, 2018.

‘Breakfast is usually muesli and a strong latte, and for lunch I’ll grab my fave brown rice sushi or a focaccia,’ the mother-of-four said.

For dinner, Rebecca and her AFL star husband Chris Judd, 35, typically tuck into fish or meat with vegetables.

‘Dinner, I usually will have meat or fish and vegetables which Chris and I both love.’

Rebecca added that her children aren’t fussy eaters – no doubt a good thing when it comes to cooking family dinners.

‘They’re actually pretty good. They’ll give most things a go at least once,’ she said
