Hosted by Roman Kemp, Kate Garraway and Myleene Klass, the awards will see Ed Sheeran and Lewis Capaldi go head-to-head in four awards, Best Male, Best British Act, Best Mass Appeal Artist and Best Song of 2019.
Meanwhile Dua Lipa and Camila Cabello lead the female nominations, with three and two nods respectively.
Among the top categories are the coveted Best Song of 2019, which features stars including P!nk, Harry Styles and Billie Eilish.
Best Male sees nods for Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, Lewis Capaldi, Stormzy and Harry Styles, while Best Female includes Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, Lizzo and Camila Cabello.
