Actress and singer Rita Wilson performs to a sold out crowd at the Emporium Hotel in Brisbane

Rita Wilson stunned audiences with her soulful sound at her sold out concert in Brisbane on Thursday. 

The 63-year-old actress and singer looked every bit the ageless beauty as she flaunted her incredible vocals on stage at the Emporium Hotel.

In the audience was her husband of 32 years, Hollywood legend Tom Hanks, 63, and their 24-year-old son, Truman, according to the Courier Mail. 

Rita donned a bohemian-inspired cold shoulder black maxi-dress, which featured sequinned leafy patterns on the skirt and decolletage. 

She styled her shiny blonde hair in effortless beach waves, which cascaded over her shoulders. 

The country songstress kept her stage makeup natural, with a dusting of gold on her eyelids and a muted pink pout. 

She is set to travel to Sydney for her second Australian tour date at the Utzon Room on March 7.  

Her husband Tom is currently filming Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis Presley biopic on the Gold Coast. 

Last Saturday, Tom was spotted enjoying a beach walk by two fans, who he generously took a photo with.

‘Day at the beach and got to meet Tom Hanks. Proper legend too,’ the fan, who goes by Frankie Jay Lee, wrote in the caption. 

He went on to explain: ‘Clocked him early on my walk but didn’t want to catch him in front of so many people so ran ahead and he’s like, “I knew you got me.”‘  

Frankie, a pro boxing trainer based on the Gold Coast, later shared multiple Instagram Stories in which he elaborated on the chance encounter. 

‘We clocked him walking down the beach… and we thought, better not pull him over in front of all these people, so we went back up the beach,’ he recounted.

‘And he was like, “You got me boys, you got me.” He’s like, “Let’s have a photo.” F**king unbelievable guy, unbelievable guy. 

‘There’s some f**king d**kheads in the celebrity space, but Tom Hanks, what a guy. What an absolute guy. Proper made my day that did, proper made my day.’
