It’s often said that beauty comes at a price – and for Jessika Power, that price is $60,400.
The former Married At First Sight star stunned fans this week by revealing her total spending on cosmetic procedures since April 2019.
She shared a ‘Transformation Thursday’ post to Instagram in which she listed her surgical and non-surgical work – including cheek filler, Botox injections in her jaw and forehead, and lip injections.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Jessika spent $40,000 on veneers, $13,500 on a fat transfer from her thighs to her breasts, $1,800 on cheek Botox, $1,200 on forehead Botox, and another $1,200 on ‘jaw slimming’.
Jessika initially had lip injections when she was younger but these were ‘botched’.
‘I used to do beauty editorial photo shoots, and photographers always said one lip was smaller. I did not want to conform to the whole modelling thing but I started noticing it more, the more it was brought up,’ she said.
‘I had it done and they completely botched the procedure. Being young, I thought it would get fixed if I had more filler.’
Last April, she had her lip filler dissolved for $1,100 and then had them re-injected twice for $1,600 – totalling $2,700.

Prior to appearing on MAFS, Jessika had had a ‘problem with her thighs’ so she injected fat from her upper legs into her breasts.
‘My doctor said he could take it out and put it in my breasts to make them fuller,’ she explained.
Despite having undergone extensive plastic surgery, Jessika has warned her 23-year-old sister against getting any cosmetic treatments.
‘She’s only 23. Eliza wanted a breast augmentation because she matured too early,’ she told the Daily Telegraph earlier this week.
‘I told her she’s too young. I think cosmetic surgery and cosmetic injections comes down to how you feel and how you look.’

Meanwhile, Jessika also has a new man in her life: 35-year-old landscaper and father-of-one James Brown.
The pair are currently enjoying a ‘romantic getaway’ at a Gold Coast resort.
‘We’re just having a quiet few days at a resort. It’s a bit of a romantic getaway and I’m definitely liking what I’m seeing!’ Jessika told Daily Mail Australia on Thursday.
According to Jessika, James is ‘more mature’ than men she has dated in the past.
‘He’s just a gentleman, he opens the door for me and treats me really nice, which is a bit different from the guys I normally date,’ she said.
