Holly Willoughby got her ears pierced live on This Morning on Thursday, grimacing and screeching her way through the procedure.
This took place after Holly, 39, revealed she originally got her ears pierced aged 12, and has never had them re-done.
She also revealed she re-pierces them herself every Sunday when she gets ready to host Dancing On Ice, for which she wears earrings.

She told co-host Phillip Schofield: ‘Every time I go to put an earring in my ear, I practically have to re-pierce them. It’s horrible!
‘I never wear them except on Dancing On Ice on Sunday!’
The whole thing caused Phillip to feign sickness and Holly scolded him, ahead of the procedure.
As she got it done, Holly squealed and said afterwards: ‘It was a lot more pressure than I thought it was going to be!’
