Eight months after her father’s passing, Whitney announced her engagement to Tim Rosenman, producer on her 2008 reality show spin-off The City.

The couple tied the knot two years later, in November 2015, and in July 2017 they welcomed their son Sonny.

Rosenman was naturally with Whitney on vacation and she posted a photo of him sitting shirtless in blue swim shorts as he bagged some rays.

In November 2017, in an episode of her YouTube series I Love My Baby But…, the reality star spoke about how the birth of her first child had exacerbated her grief at losing her own parent.

‘He was the main man in my life for almost all of my life and really ruled at it. I miss him every single day,’ she explained, as reported by People.

‘Since Sonny was born, I find myself missing him more and more. It’s unfortunate how such amazing times in one’s life, like getting married or having a baby, can be colored with such darkness….. it’s really hard to come to terms with.’
