Lady Gaga has a unique, three-stage, post-performance recovery process that includes sitting in a frigid ice bath while listening to music.
After enduring a long and arduous video shoot in the desert for her new single, Stupid Love, the pop superstar, once again, showcased her personal healing technique in a short clip she posted on her Instagram Story.
‘I’m in the desert in an ice bath because I f**king love my f**king fans,’ a naked Gaga yelled into the camera over loud music.

The New York native then made yet another reference to her adoring and loyal fans.
‘You’re even on the side of this tub,’ Gaga said of the Little Monsters logo, which is the term used to describe Lady Gaga fans.
‘Look where you are,’ she continued.
In a move to get her photographer to point the camera at the Little Monsters logo, she added, ‘Show them where they are. Show them where they are.’

The Grammy winning artist, 33, kept urging for the camera to ‘show the tub. Show the tub.’
As the music blared, Gaga (born Stefani Germanotta) ended the short video by confessing: ‘I love you Little Monsters. Stupid Love.’
She even added: ‘I want you #stupidlove little monsters…forever. Through the warmth and the freezing cold,’ at the top of the second clip.
The Born This Way star unveiled her three-stage recovery routine in an Instagram post in October 2019.
‘Post show routine: ice bath for 5-10 min, hot bath for 20, then compression suit packed with ice packs for 20,’ she wrote along with three successive photos.

The contrasting cold and hot baths promotes the pumping of blood and lymph vessels after activity is done, physical therapist Lee Hanses told Allure magazine.
He added, ‘The movement and delivery of fresh nutrients and oxygen, coupled with the removal of lactic acid and carbon dioxide from our muscles, aides in a quicker recovery for optimal performance.’
The video for Stupid Love, her first solo single in nearly three years, dropped at midnight on Friday.
The song is a bit of a return to her eighties electro-dance pop glory following her stripped down last album, Joanne, and her A Star Is Born triumph.
