Jesy Nelson shares hilarious clip playing with Chris Hughes’ cuddly toy

Their relationship has gone from strength to strength since they became official last year.  

And Jesy Nelson was clearly missing boyfriend Chris Hughes, 27, on Sunday night when she put together a collection of hilarious Instagram Stories. 

The Little Mix Singer, 28, moved a toy sloth belonging to the Love Island hunk around their home with a variety of emotional songs playing in the background. 

She began the Story with the toy lying on it’s back in the middle of her room and she tagged her beau with a broken heart emoji. 

The Odd One Out star added All By Myself to the background with subsequent videos that showed the sloth on a leopard print chair and then sat on the toilet. 

The next clip showed the mini sloth don one of Chris’ baseball caps on the stairs and then gazing out of the window waiting for his return. 

Another film showed the coupele’s adorable Pomeranian puppies giving the teddy a lick while perched on a leather sofa. 

Finally she showed the toy facing a sequinned pillow that featured a photo of the couple and jokingly added Kelis’ track I Hate You So Much Right Now to the background.

Chris added the full Story to his own account with laughing emojis, clearly missing his girlfriend also. 

The couple both shared the same selfie to their Instagram accounts with Chris adding a black love heart to accompany the sweet picture. 

Jesy’s sweet tribute comes as she continues to move on from the drama surrounding Chris’ brawl with a photographer at the National Television Awards last month.

The former Love Island star is being investigated by the police following an incident regarding him attacking a photographer at the awards.

He said he was being provoked at the time by being called a c**t.  

Following the incident Chris has reportedly been axed from Sport Relief’s The Heat Is On challenge.

A source has claimed that bosses feared the Love Island star’s behaviour would be a distraction from the charity venture, which will see a group of celebrities 100-mile trek across a Namibian desert. 

When contacted by MailOnline a representative for Chris said: ‘Unfortunately Comic Relief and Chris couldn’t make it work for this years challenge due to filming schedules.

‘Chris is gutted it didn’t work out but it was a mutual decision and he has already been invited to discuss future projects with Comic Relief and he looks forward to continuing to support the incredible work they do in the near future.’
