Beauty and the Geek’s final three couples reveal their future plans after leaving the show – and what the $100,000 prize would mean for them

Beauty and the Geek is set to come to an end on Tuesday night.

And ahead of the finale, the top three couples have spoken about their plans after the show – and their thoughts on walking away with the $100,000 cash prize.

Speaking to Who magazine, George Goldfeder, 27, and Josie Werner, 21 – the only finalists to form a romantic connection – said the win would be ‘life-changing’.

‘If I’m being honest, it came to a point where I forgot this experience was a competition and there was a $100,000 at the end. I was genuinely having the time of my life,’ Josie said.

But she admitted the six-figure cash prize would certainly make a difference in their lives, adding that her ‘competitive side’ had started to kick in.

The couple did not say whether they were romantically involved after the show, but Josie still praised her ‘amazing geek’ for having her back during the competition.

Lachlan Mansell, 32, said the money didn’t matter to him, and he instead wanted to take everything he’d learned from the competition to improve his everyday life.

‘My headspace and mental health is the most positive and confident it has ever been, and I look forward to heading back into the real world with a reactivated social life and optimism surrounding my future love life,’ he said.

His partner Kiera Johnstone, 23, said winning the cash would be an ‘amazing achievement’ but already felt like a winner to have made it to the final.

Alexander Wojno, 26, said that while he’d hoped to find love on the show, he was happy to have made friends instead, namely with his partner Eliza Sowada-Smith, 21.

‘Beyond the show, I hope to maintain these wonderful friendships I’ve made for life,’ the maths teacher said.
