She shared her business advice for budding entrepreneurs in a new interview, saying consistency is the key to success.

The Gold Coast native owns activewear label Saski Collection and workout app Tammy Fit, and also sells e-books for up to $67.99 a pop.

Tammy said that determination in business is key, as everyone ‘makes mistakes’.

‘There are always going to be mistakes, but you have to be consistent and committed to working through those mistakes or figuring out creative ways around them,’ she said.

She said she realised early on the power of social media platforms such as Instagram, where she now boasts more than 12.4 million followers.

‘Women related to my content and I thought, “There are so many businesses I can create out of this,”‘ she said. 

Tammy added that having a good relationship with customers is crucial for any business.

She recalled how she once personally called customers when her first activewear collection oversold and she couldn’t meet the demand.

She also said that having a great team around her is key to her success and said it’s important to step back and delegate tasks to your trusted team sometimes. 

Her top tip was just to start the business you’re dreaming of.

‘Start with whatever you have, don’t wait for the ”right time,” don’t wait for more money,’ she said, saying people should ‘take it day by day.’

Tammy is based on the Gold Coast and has a head office in the city for her fitness app and her clothing brand.

But the business-savvy beauty also runs a social media empire.

According to Influencer Marketing Hub, Tammy, who has more than 12million followers on the social media platform, can make a up to $33,000 per single upload to her Instagram profile. 

However, last year Marie Claire Australia also reported the height of her success has resulted in brand’s paying her $85,000 for a sponsored post.

Daily Mail Australia revealed that in the last two years, Tammy had inked a deal with sports nutrition brand, Women’s Best.

For frequent promotion of their products, which is still on-going to this day, Tammy is estimated to be paid up to $45,000 a month for the advertisements. 

In August 2020, she bought a $2.88million five-bedroom waterfront mansion on the Gold Coast.
