They made the decision to end their seven-year marriage nearly one year ago.

And Kristin Cavallari’s divorce to Jay Cutler is stalled in courts as he reportedly petitioned for ’50 percent ownership’ of her company, Uncommon James.

The 34-year-old reality star launched the jewelry brand out of her home in Chicago in 2017 and has since opened multiple stores, a business which Cutler argues he’s entitled to a portion of because it began when they were married.

She’s reportedly ‘pushing back hard’ against his quest for ownership of the brand which also boasts a range of apparel and home goods.

Jay and Kristin announced their intent to separate in April 2020 after 10 years together, seven years of marriage and three children: Camden, eight, Jaxon, seven, and Saylor, five.
