Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are looking to unload their former marital home in Beverly Hills, at a potential loss.
The 41-year-old Tatum purchased the abode in 2015, while he was married to the 40-year-old Dewan, for $6 million.
The Magic Mike star is asking for $6 million for the home now, and even if it’s sold for the asking price, they face a loss when renovation costs, carrying costs and realtor fees are factored in, according to The Dirt.

Tatum moved into a $5.6 million farmhouse in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon, while Dewan opted for a $4.7 million home in Encino.
The home is within an exclusive gated community with neighbors such as Lisa Vanderpump, Demi Moore, Jessica Alba and Jon Voight.
